CDCP Patients

As of July 8, 2024, Linden Market Dental will be accepting CDCP coverage for dental services.

We direct bill Sun Life for services provided on a claim-by-claim basis, with proof of coverage with you Sun Life insurance card. This allows us to continue to treat our patients to the fullest extent while alleviating the majority of the financial investment of dental services.

All CDCP patients of Linden Market Dental will be responsible for paying any and all potentioal remaining amounts directly to our office. Sun Life will never reimburse a CDCP patient and will only reimburse providers for services covered under the CDCP.

Before attending your dental appointment, we will require the following proof in order to provide services:

Confirm Patient eligibility for the CDCP

Confirm the patient is covered for the select services and at what percentage

Important information to know:

CDCP fees differ from those set out in provincial and territorial suggested fee guides, that providers use to change for oral health services. Please be prepared to cover any cost differences between the CDCP fee guide and the current Manitoba fee guide

Individuals are ineligible for the CDCP if they already have access to coverage other than from a federal, provincial or territorial social dental program

There will be no coordianation with private, employer or other such plans.
